Peoples Diplomacy As A Phenomenon In Today's World

By Konstantinos Isychos,

Chairman of Coordinating Board of International Association of Friends of Crimea

Delivered at the First World Public Assembly (Moscow, September 21, 2025)

A brief statement. I think I would like to continue on the line of thoughts of one of the first speakers. My neighbor, a brother from Bulgaria, along with Giorgio Brasco.

I would like to present a formula to you, a mathematical formula which combines philosophies. Artificial intelligence is the information of knowledge, but wisdom cannot be produced from artificial intelligence. This is part of the human spirit and the human behavior.

So if we have a formula where we have knowledge and information plus wisdom equals prosperity and international justice for humanity. This is one of the formulas we have to work on in the future. And it is very important for us to understand that the European Union, the leadership of the European Union, is on a warpath.

It's not a rhetoric. It's a warpath. Our Italian friend mentioned it before, I listened to him very carefully.

More than 800 billion euros will be spent in the next four years for creating a war industry in all of the European Union. Almost 1 trillion euros. When arms are produced in such a scale, they are not produced to put them in the drawer.

They are produced to be used. So people's diplomacy today has a great task in the near future. This task is to struggle for peace.

It's a task to struggle against neocolonialism and imperialism. Because this is the way they want to survive. War has proven that they think it's a solution.

But at the same time, we have to find the weaknesses of the European elites and Western imperialism. Some of the weaknesses have to do with, as my friend Roman Blasko from the Czech Republic told me yesterday, I will use his phrase, the European elite is not shooting its foot anymore here. They are committing suicide.

So this is another philosophical task we have to find a solution for. Because the European Union, as it arms itself, it has decided to create a vast territory of multidimensional poverty for all European citizens. And poverty is not just a lack of money, a lack of jobs, and lower wages.

Poverty is mainly spiritual. Poverty has to do with the multidimensional poverty they are searching for. They want to degrade the human behavior of all European citizens.

But history has proven that they cannot do it. Use your phone, or your tablet, or your computer, and ask a question to the artificial intelligence. The question is the following.

What is the Russian soul? It cannot answer it. Because artificial intelligence has not been created to give philosophical answers. It can complement knowledge, but it cannot give a full answer.

So they lack the knowledge of Indian civilization, of Chinese civilization, of Russian resilience and Russian history in the last thousand years. They lack this knowledge because they have been educated in a state of a monopoly, of a one-way road. They do not think dimensionally.

They think dogmatically, only on one road and one way. Just a word on our International Friends Clubs of Crimea. Why is Crimea important today? For two reasons.

Crimea has been in the last three thousand years a crossroads between north and south and east and west of many civilizations. Many civilizations. We used to call it Tavrida in Greece.

We call it Crimea, but it has a very important meaning. Crimea in Turkish means Jewel. Tavrida is the land of the bulls, for us Greeks.

But in Crimea, it represents today Crimea. More than 50 ethnic, linguistic and religious minorities, not just coexisting, but sharing. Sharing a love for Crimea and Russia.

Because the question we have to answer as people's diplomacy today is not just to survive as a human race. Because you can survive even as a slave. We have to live in dignity.

And people's diplomacy has to be antagonistic also to the void of international relations. Because international relations today are being marginalized. They are decaying.

Look at the United Nations. Look at the United Nations today. Can you imagine the president? The new president of the General Assembly? Annalena Baerbock? Can you imagine this person being the president of the General Assembly? How she is going to conduct a discussion of international rights and peace? No.

She's a war hawk. She's a production of this generation of things that colonialism can survive for more than 1,000 years. So our task, and this is why we have to thank our Russian friends for celebrating this weekend such an important international event.

Because we are creating a new puzzle. Puzzles for children are very, very instructive for their knowledge. Because it combines colors and it combines the final picture they have to make.

We have all the colors of the planet here with us today, which makes it beautiful. And we have to make a new picture of the world, which is the planet that has to live in dignity for all of the human race. So not only happy birthday for 100 years of the legacy we share with you, but because the next years we're going to be smiling and we're going to be victorious as a human race and people for peace, justice against this new neocolonialism and neoliberalism of the 21st century.

You and your grandfathers and your grandmothers 80 years ago sacrificed their lives against Nazism and Nazism. Fascism is like in Bulgaria, in Russia, in Greece, in Italy, everywhere. And it is our duty today to do the same, to prosper as a rainbow.

Because after the storm, the most beautiful colors of the sky are the rainbow that promises a better day and a better future for all of us.
